Patricia Poon is an award-winning global HR and transformation leader, talent development strategist, and Future of Work expert with more than two decades of experience helping organisations and individuals navigate change with clarity and purpose.
Her career spans senior leadership roles and global initiatives at Samsung, Sanofi, Hewlett-Packard, and General Electric, including the founding of the Samsung Leadership Academy and Future of Work academies across Asia. Recognised as a leading voice in leadership development and organisational transformation, Patricia’s work focuses on building future-ready leaders, shaping culture, and enabling sustainable growth in an increasingly complex world.
Beginning her career in management consulting at Accenture, Patricia developed deep expertise in business transformation, organisational change, and human capital strategy—skills she now brings to her writing, advisory work, and mentoring.
In her book, A Life by Design: Letters for a Life Well Lived, Patricia blends professional insight with personal reflection, offering readers a thoughtful guide to intentional living, conscious leadership, and making meaningful life choices.
Based in Singapore, Patricia continues to speak, consult, and mentor globally, sharing insights on leadership, personal growth, the future of work, and living with intention. Patricia graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A (Honours) in Psychology and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
