Recognised as a leading voice in leadership development and organisational transformation, Patricia’s work focuses on building future-ready leaders, shaping culture, and enabling sustainable growth in an increasingly complex world.

Beginning her career in management consulting at Accenture, Patricia developed deep expertise in business transformation, organisational change, and human capital strategy—skills she now brings to her writing, advisory work, and mentoring.

Patricia graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A (Honours) in Psychology and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
